These terms govern use of the VEXORA website, the purchasing service, the warehouse desk, and international dispatch. By placing an order you agree to them.
VEXORA acts as a shopping agent. We purchase or allocate the item you select from the catalog, or from a product link after a quote is confirmed, and we can hold it for inspection and later international shipping. VEXORA is not the manufacturer of third-party goods and does not present another brand's products as its own.
You confirm the link, keyword, photo, size, colour, and quantity before checkout. A photo search matches colours in the VEXORA catalog. It is not a live listing from another marketplace. An unconnected product URL stays unpriced until a source is connected or an operator confirms a quote.
Prices on the site are the catalog prices stored for VEXORA, shown in the product currency. Display currencies are approximate when a published exchange rate is available. The amount due is the checkout breakdown: item price, service fee, any configured markup, any valid coupon, and later the shipping amount from a rate card. Insurance, when offered, is a VEXORA fee setting.
After the item is purchased, warehouse steps are recorded only when they happen. Photos, weight, and dimensions appear when those records exist. Storage, repacking, and consolidation follow the options shown on the parcel. You choose a shipping method from the active rate cards. An unverified card is an operator estimate, not a carrier promise.
You pay product charges at checkout. International shipping is paid when the parcel is marked ready, unless a later setting says otherwise. You provide a deliverable address and any tax identifier the destination asks for.
Import duties, taxes, inspections, and clearance are decided by the destination authority. You are the importer unless a written logistics agreement says otherwise. A duty figure on this site is an estimate when one is configured, and it is collected only if that fee setting is turned on.
Parcels can be examined by customs. Delay, extra tax, return, refusal, or seizure is a decision of that authority and of the information declared for the shipment. That outcome sits outside the purchasing service. Accurate contents and value are your responsibility. Restricted, prohibited, or unsafe goods must not be submitted.
You can cancel before payment is confirmed.
VEXORA may refuse an order, a link, or a parcel that cannot be purchased, shipped, or lawfully cleared. These terms can be updated in the admin panel. The version stored at checkout is the one that applied to that order.
