Customs and import duties

Destination customs authorities assess import duties, taxes, and clearance rules. VEXORA does not calculate an official duty figure unless a customs data provider is connected.

If an operator configures a duty estimate, the checkout page labels it as an estimate. It is added to the amount due only when the fee setting "collect duty estimate" is on. Otherwise it is informational and is not charged.

You are the importer of record for international parcels unless a specific logistics agreement says otherwise. Restricted goods must not be submitted for purchase or export.
